I have to be honest, the days aren’t warm enough to fully justify ice cream, but this past Saturday marked the first cones of the season for my boys. At $1 for a baby cone, it’s hard to resist treating them to this tasty confection. Half of which still seems to end up on my 5 year old’s face- a quality that will forever be enduring. With the first born you seem to wait for them to grow up- hitting each milestone… but it seems with each of my babies after I want to keep them little forever. They seem to grow all too fast! We are living under a “blink and you miss it” reality most days.

It’s been a fun month! We are shifting our attention outside for May- finishing up some siding details, working on bringing up some low parts of the yard- building a swing set for our boys and completing a flagstone style path and patio. Annnnd staining our deck! We also have birthdays and an anniversary to celebrate! Yay!
