It’s been nearly a year since my last blog post, and while I didn’t really intend to take a break, it turns out it wasn’t such a bad thing. We’ve been doing well, and it wasn’t for any reason in particular. I’ve kept busy with farming, flowering, raising kids, house projects, schooling, and trying some new things along the way. I thought we were well overdue for an update on the kitchen, since I left you hanging in the midst of a ORC. I can’t even seem to remember why… I guess life just became full.
We had one of our best years homeschooling ever (which is lovely to say, since I was nervous having 4 school age children, alongside a new baby) which melted into a very busy and full summer filled with farming, and travelling for our oldest’s baseball. We’ve added heaps of animals to the farm since I last popped in… so there are definitely some things to update you on!
There’s no promise of regular blogging, as much as I have missed it. I hope to get back into sharing more regularly here. Perhaps it’s just the time I’ve needed to string some sentences together, and find a creative outlet photographing the sites and spaces that bring me inspiration, not to mention the projects that keep us busy.
