In case you haven’t caught wind, there have been all types of wonderful fall tours popping up over the last 2 weeks! I had the privilege of joining some wonderful Canadian Bloggers for a Fall Home Tour last week– and some of my fave bloggers on the internet have been sharing different spaces of their home all cozied up for fall.
Transitioning our home during any season is one I do over time… I usually decorate with natural elements like flowers, branches and greenery- so nothing is ever too permanent. It also means I don’t need to store things away in the off season. I am on a mission to cut down on our “stuff” so it works well for me.
The Nester has been such an inspiration for creating a home on a budget, that is cozy with less stuff. I always enjoy when she shares her home tours- and this one is no different!
I quite enjoyed how Jamie from So Much Better With Age decorated her mantle using leaves. Nature is filled with such texture, dimenion and interest!
I first found Laurie of Vinyet ETC. through instagram- and she has soooo many cool finds at her place. I think you’ll love going through all of her fall posts just as much as me!!
I just love seeing how Layla of The Lettered Cottage decorates her living room- but most of all her fireplace. She has been one of my favorites always always… so of course I loved this sneak peek into her living room all dressed up for fall.
Have you started bringing fall into your place? It’s freezing here, and keeps snowing. It feels like November!! I don’t want to be a total grump, but I need warmer temperatures to return ASAP because I’m not ready for winter two months early. The final coat of poly has dried on our hardwood floors, so that means we can use our kitchen and dining room again!! Woohoo. Hope you have a great weekend.
