Sometimes I like to say thanks. And ya’ll. I don’t actually use the term “ya’ll” ever in my day to day life. Yet, it offers to me a humorous nastalgia which takes me back to the Texas days. Texas. I actually laugh sometimes when I think that I have family living in TEXAS of all places… we just aren’t a Texas family, or maybe…we are….
I am of course getting completely side tracked. I wanted to just say thanks for your encouragement, sympathy, and offers to paint if you could 😉 I completely realize we are totally fortunate to do this build, and I am so thankful… some days it does feel like we have bitten off a lot… but we are getting there, and I am actually so close to thinking about things that aren’t walls, floors and ceilings 😉
On that note, our hardwood flooring came in, and we have been busy little bees. The Living Room is DONE, and it looks so good. More then that, it feels good, and for the first time I can actually believe that we will be living in that part of the house! I’ll be back soon with some pictures, but you can always keep up to date with the behind the scenes on my instagram.
On a complete side note… my 4 month old has decided to start sleeping like a newborn. She has been an AMAZING sleeper… and for the last week it has been every 2-3 hr wake ups and fitful naps. I am sure it is related to the little teeth popping through, but can you keep us in your prayers if you think of it? Relief and rest for our sweet girl.
