I know I’ve committed to the One Room Challenge for the next 5 weeks, but there is another little space that I have slowly been putting together, and that is the Boys Cottage Bathroom. It’s just a 2 piece powder room, but we really haven’t touched it since moving the boys upstairs almost 2 years ago. I bought a mirror and called it good. I’ve decided it’s time to finish it off with a few final touches.

The Plan

  • Painting the Vanity
  • Changing out the Cabinet Hardware
  • Building Shelves above the toilet
  • Accessorizing with Art
  • Rehanging the Mirror
  • Adding a Step Stool
  • Finishing the baseboards
  • Staining the ceiling

There isn’t a lot left to do in there, but I really just want it to be done! Below is my original style board for the space- that I created ages ago. I obviously didn’t find a reclaimed piece to use as a vanity, but I think I can still stick to my original inspiration with a few tweaks here and there.boys bath mood board

I look forward to finishing off this little room to co-ordinate with the entire Boys Bedroom– and share the progress with you along the way! My daughter has been trying to kick her nap- but I am holding my ground because that is one of my most productive hours in the day!
