I’m pretty excited today guys, because all of my girlhood dreams of hosting my own home show are being realized… kind of. I had so much fun putting together a vlog {video+blog} sharing the story behind our Boys Cottage Bunk Room Makeover. I got to play host, and have fun shooting with my hubby. This is the moment where we applaud him, and oogle at the production value he is able to add, compared to my single camera op/host/set dec/I have no idea what I am doing/ scenarios. ha!
Matt was able to whip this video out for me, and I am so thankful. These kinds of creative off shoots are really fun, and why I love having this creative space to call my own! I am not really a you-tuber, but I have recently realized youtube isn’t just cat videos and political commentary. I love following along with Ana-White’s weekly tiny house videos, as well as my friend Katie’s make up tutorials and beauty tips. I went and bought the mascara she recommended and I love it.
I hope you enjoy this video! While I didn’t do my hair, I did wash it, so that’s a step up from my white wash video… I also have a mic, so you can hear me! Christmas miracle. If you have never heard my voice, I will tell you not to worry, the whole world also thinks I am a 7 year old on the other end of the phone. Revelation: I like building things out of scrap wood, my kids are cute, and I over use the word “love.” I know. I’m working on it.
I am planning to post video tutorials and such on a more frequent basis. I would love to hear what YOU, my lovely readers would like to see- if you enjoy this please subscribe, or like the video by clicking the thumbs up.
Thanks for stopping in! If videos aren’t really your thing, you can see a full photo tour of this Boys Cottage Bunk Room here.
