Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Oat Cake Recipe
This Simple Oat Cake is a delicious breakfast staple, with just a hint of cinnamon and sweet apples.

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 apple chopped into chunks
- 1 tsp vanilla
dry ingredients
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Combine Oats and Milk.
Add in apple sauce, lightly beaten eggs, coconut oil, apple chunks and vanilla. Stir until mixed.
In a separate bowl toss together dry ingredients.
Add wet mixture in to dry mix and stir until combined. Pour into an 8x8 baking dish.
Bake at 350F for approximately 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
Ingredients can be mixed the night before, and placed in the fridge. Bake in the morning for a hot, tasty breakfast!
