I added a few fall touches on our kitchen shelves, and voila- fall shelves! A little pumpkin here and there, and re-arranging some things did the trick. A few simple and sweet elements from nature are my go to “fall decorating” items around here. How about you?
I just can’t seem to quit shades of green and warm wood. And nothing says fall quite like a bowl filled with freshly picked apples. The warm weave of the thrifted basket feels so cozy, with a nod to the cottage style I love.
The trees are really starting to lose the last of their leaves around here, and closed toed shoes are becoming more of a must. I am finishing up a shepherd’s pie for a potluck for one of my kids sports teams- which we will head to later tonight. It’s been a relaxed day, and the sun is shining.
Hope you are having a lovely week,
-Miss Ash
Love the touches of green, seltzer bottle, blender, apples…green with the wood colour is so fresh and natural, a lovely contrast💫
Thanks Mizz Deborah. I am really loving the soft muted greens these days…
I love all the natural light! And I’m similar, I found a really cool Branch with colorful fall leaves stuck to it (maybe even mini acorns too) and hung it on our porch…and found some gourds and felt bats to gather at the center of our table. It’s so nice to have the season come inside!!! Helps with the transition I think:) Thanks for he lovely read!
Oh that sounds lovely Mo. I love all the texture nature has to give. Thanks for stopping by the blog today. xo
